Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver Ontario and Quebec wide.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, pickup is available. Pick up address it provided at checkout and pick up day and time will be communicated by text once order is received.

When will I get my order?

All Ottawa/Gatineau orders are delivered over the weekend (Fridays and Saturdays). Please give 24 hour notice.

All orders outside of Ottawa/Gatineau area are shipped out on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed Sunday 12:00am to Wednesday 11:59pm are shipped on the following Monday. Orders placed on Thursday 12:00am to Saturday 11:59pm are shipped on the following Tuesday. 

We do not ship orders on Wednesdays through Sunday. This is avoid your package getting delayed at the post office over the weekend.

What shipment options do you have?

We offer one shipping option; 1-2 Business days ($20 - $60 depending on the weight) through Canada Post Xpresspost shipping for orders outside of Ottawa/Gatineau area.

We also offer Ottawa/Gatineau local delivery on the following terms:

Locations up to 15km from our kitchen have a delivery fee of $7 and locations up to 25km from our kitchen have a delivery fee of $15.

All locations farther than 25km from our kitchen will be treated same way as orders outside of the Ottawa/Gatineau area and use similar shipping fees.

How do you make sure the food does not spoil before it gets to me?

All orders delivered out of Ottawa are frozen solid and packed in well insulated cartons to ensure that your food gets to you fresh.

Please place your food in the refrigerator once you get them. Thaw and reheat when you are ready to eat.
