Rest assured that we will do everything we can to make sure our customers are satisfied. Please thoroughly inspect your package when it arrives and ensure it is what you ordered and in good quality.

Please note that Ini Eats is not responsible for any damage cause by the following:

• your unavailability to take delivery of packages on the delivery day.
• incorrect address provided by you and subsequent loss of package or delay in delivery due to this.

We will on a case by case basis assess damage and loss due to weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances beyond human control.

Returns are not allowed as Ini Eats sells mostly perishable products.
